Struck in my current company
I have 6+ years of experience in AI/ML domain. My current company is a product based. My first company is a startup. I used to work in computer vision in my previous company. I am with my current company for 3+ years and I feel struck here. I am more like a cpp developer here. I’m not doing any AI Work. I’m attending lots of interviews. Around 30 interviews I attended in this year but I’m unable to crack any. I only know computer vision. Interviewers are expecting Gen Ai, agentic ai etc. I’m not able to study gen ai along with my current work. I feel struck here. Any advice?
Stop giving interviews , first learn enough . Be completely ready . 30 interview and no conversion is very bad strike rate..generally if you give 5 interviews you should convert at least 2
That makes sense. Maybe I have to be selective while giving interviews. I don’t know gen ai but when I get call for gen ai interview, I accept it and failed every single time 🙁 Do you have any suggestions about switching to gen ai from computer visiin?
