Stripe Culture and Offer Timeline

Recently gave interviews for Stripe SE-2 role based out of Bengaluru for Operations Platform team. Wanted to understand how’s the culture in org overall and the team? Based on reviews, the culture and WLB looked on the poor side, wanted to understand from people working there or previously worked there.

Based on communication with recruiter, had a positive feedback for the technical rounds and waiting to hear back on HM round. How many days does it typically take(either for offer discussion to begin or rejection)?
