we work on support and all the complex task they assign to us. Our manager once she gets sometask ask tl to assign that to anyone and our team members will be stuck. Then they will scold us why it’s not completed. If we ask them they will say ask one of the member in our team. Or else ask other team which is from diff timezone. So recently one of the member took 1 week medical leave and our manager asking us to share the burden and complete the task. She is offering if we work on weekend she will allow us 1 day compoff. Are we slaves? And this TL task is working on the lower env task and joining the calls . If we complaint this to manager she is saying this is expected if u wnt to go to next level. If u complaint like this we will think u r nt capable. Even the manager is on side with these two. And nothing to learn also.
