Stressed About Job

I have been not able to sleep since the past 72 hours due to layoffs which might happen in my organisation

I am 29 and have already been part of 3 layoffs till date

I am working in B2B and have always achieved my targets but the month where the bosses want the numbers in that month specifically my numbers go down

I don't know what can I do in my career I have no clarity & don't know what should I do ahead in life

Help would be highly suggested in terms of what to do & what jobs I can apply

Please note I have never worked in SAAS products I am a pure sales manager.
