So, as a fresher soon after getting into a project of a random stream, what all steps have to be taken in order to shift the stream of his/her interest?

I would suggest to start with the given Primary Skill in a Project. Eventually as per the other skills required in the Project, branch out and add those skills you wish to acquire over Mycompetency. Then discuss it with your Manager about the changing of Primary Skill and finally you can change your Primary Skill to the one you like over Mycompetency. Mycompetency will play a crucial role, as it will showcase your skills for Future Projects.

  1. Open Mycompetency Portal on Accenture Desktop.
  2. Open Secondary Skills Tab
  3. You'll be able to see an option to add Secondary Skill. There you go. You can add new skills through this.
