For 3 Month notice period folks, just think of this.
If we ask for a release from the project and within a week or two we resign, this way could we bring down our notice period? Because you wouldn't be expected to look for mapping to a project as you intend to leave, the same manner they don't get revenue/billing from you to pay your salary then they'll ask you to leave asap.
Yes, I believe this may work. If you are not mapped with any account, you are no more dependent on any work. So I guess this is feasible.
Yeah might possible but not in this Month you can try this next month after denying 2-3 project opportunities and convey the same to HR. They might allow you to leave but within 0-30 days. Depend on your current L4 Head approval.
Nice to read but impossible in my case, that too during December it's not even happening
