Strategy that actually makes sense at work

I enrolled in the Hero Vired's EP in strat, innovation & leadership expecting a lot of frameworks and jargon… The live classes were interactive and you could question ideas in real time, even the faculty encouraged pushback, discussion and real debate.. When a concept was introduced, it was immediately tied to an actual business situation which had made it easier to see how strategy decisions are actually made.I hve definitely noticed a shift in how I think at work. I started questioning assumptions, connecting teams, and looking at problems beyond my immediate function. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good certification program
