Strategy Roles: Decision Scientist

I am not sure the decision scientist roles are good or bad for career. I find it very difficult to find such roles online as they never come with a same title. Additionally what is the career growth in such roles?? I am having hard time finding roles and companies who hire decision scientist. Any help or suggestions??
