In our project from last 6 months 15 people are resigned, still on-going as well, even though we have enough work force but the thing is management is not rectified why it is happening instead they are thinking to hire more.seriously??

I'll share a situation how our management behaves One of the colleague kept sick leave and the weird part is the lead said instead of sick leave do WFH 🤷
