I've been with my current company for the past 2 years. The first year I was in the free pool, and the second year I was on loss of pay (LOP). Now, they've released me from LOP. I'm skilled in SQL, Power BI, and analytics. However, I've been assigned to a .NET role, and my manager is asking me to learn it and create a project within a week as a demo to secure the position.
I am trying to switch organizations and apply for analyst roles, but I’m stuck due to a lack of related experience. If I could get a project related to SQL within Wipro, it would benefit my career. What can I do now?
And here iam searching from 2 months for a .NET role in Wipro 🥲
Actually, I'm not sure that we will get into this .NET project and yeah from 2 years I haven't got assigned to a .NET project either.
But why are you not able to find the project in .net I am getting many mails for .net position. Any specific reason?
