Trending @Accenture; Stopped Receiving Interview Calls

All kinds of mocking, answers and suggestions are needed.

I am not sure what's wrong but lately I have stopped receiving interview calls from any company.

I have tried changing CVs, the format of CVs, changed language, matched with job descriptions, and so on....

I have close to 7 Years of experience as SAP MM Consultant with a bit of additional modules ( VIM/EWM/Ariba) knowledge.

CTC = 25.50 - 20(FIXED) + 5.50 (VB)

I am wondering if it is the CTC which is causing issues or it is my CV that is not going through the ATS.

I feel like - it would have been good if my JIJA was at Higher Position in some top level company. 😜
