Stop romanticizing burnout culture

It’s like a badge of honor for some people to brag about how little they sleep or how much they work. “Hustle hard, grind 24/7”, all that nonsense. Guess what? It’s not cool to ruin your mental and physical health for a job. You’re not impressing anyone. If anything, it makes you look like a slave to capitalism. Get a life, take a break, and stop glorifying toxic work habits.

Just look at what happened at McKinsey and EY last year and you will know.
