Stop pay

Sure. So I have not attended since July 2023. I have mentioned my case to HR and leads multiple times that the assigned location is 35+ km from me (Hinjewadi, Pune) and travel time total is 4 hrs. I have been looking for a place nearby and could not relocate on my own since I have family that needs me around. Now I have finally relocated the whole fam and rostered for WFO from 30th Oct but today I've received the email from HR, who is now asking me to tell my delivery manager to send her the mail otherwise she'll initiate Stop Pay.

Adding - I've taken less than 5 leaves this year and I work offshore and some of onshore timing. But rules are rules I guess. 🤷🏼🤷🏼

Sorry bud, was offline for a while. Salary aaya, minus city allowance. Luckily, my supervisor was understanding of the situation and spoke to the HR in time.
