Don't we have a life outside of work? With these pathetic hikes, why the hell are we still expected to do +1s, take on double hatting, and keep overdelivering? It’s absurd. Let’s take a stand stop doing +1s for the leads altogether. It's a complete waste of our time and energy. Enough is enough. Especially for over enthu S&C folks.

Waiting for 2.5 years to get some recognition after working my ass off since my last promotion. 7% hike, no talks of promotion is what they gave me after such diligent and committed work. On the offset, a woman from the same IIM batch was given promotion because leadership wants to play favorites.
Applied for a competitive firm the same day, decisions were made public. Already appeared for 2 rounds. Want to put down my papers before my people lead get on a call for any discussion. It is humiliating to say the least. It’s like hardwork is absolutely invisible to Accenture leadership.
Maybe Congress should learn from Accenture leads to play convenient politics to make a comeback.
