People on or above jl5 can be recommended by their managers, that's the only way I know so far

You will get around 120 stocks mostly , it will be vested in 4 years, each year 30 stocks

Congratulations. They give infosys stocks. Keep dmat account ready. They give certain amount of stocks which will be vested in the period of maybe 3 or 4 years. Every year you get certain percentage of stock
