STILL TCS FORCING FOR RESIGNATION ?
I heard that employees on the bench are not being assigned to any projects, and after completing their bench period, they are being asked to resign. It is correct or not please update me

Why to wait if someone not getting project then he should find option in next company
It is not easy to switch within 15-20 days. U know it very well. Technology and study and age is not all come together easily. Lots of will power, time, sacrifice needed for it. And first atleast for 15-20 days you expect from company to get project. Also we very well knowledge how time get pass now days 1-2 week is just like fly away. So things are not easy.

One of my senior who was c3 plus got project within 2 weeks in tcs kolkata.she is an oracle dba.so no one can answer correctly what will happen
