Still PM job supply demand is way too skewed

Not getting any interview calls. Is this happening with everyone (who is not from tier 1 college)?

I’m from T2 college. Still hearing from recruiters. 4 years experience. Naukri.com is giving me the most number of calls.

anyone (freshers or experienced) looking for PM jobs must understand that it is not going to be easy in this market. 2 years ago PMs were in absolute demand: because we were in a growth at all costs market. cut to 2024, it’s a profitability at all costs territory. this means employers are looking at lesser innovation and experimentation and more savings every day. hang in there but align your expectations accordingly.

Heard from my friends, that the market is not good at all.
