Trending @Cognizant; Still not promoted to A
Completed 30 months on June, didn’t get promoted might be because I’d around 10 days RTO in 2025 till june, but I completed RTO around 40 days in b/w July to September but still I can’t see the status changed, manager and senior manager are also not getting any notification for confirmation in my case now or for my colleagues who got promoted in June. Is there any hope left for me to get promoted in oct or this quarter is wasted as well?
PS apart from RTO eligibility, rest all are good.

Bruv I think the RTO was check for may to august as mentioned by someones else, nonetheless I need to connect with some HR but I don’t know who is my HR and my manager has no idea as well.
No RTO is noth being checked. my friend did not go to office from April. still she got
