Still i dont have allocation from project and no response from RMG and month end is approaching..what’s their plan?
you can mail to rmg or contact with them you are not getting any call in worst case that will be proofs for you ,you are interested for project but getting calls
They will fire u. I got fired yesterday. Many of friends same situation and got fired. Especially if no response from rmg.

You are manager is the one who have your name and released first you should understand that and manager asks to allocate again is a drama probably .. and second don’t wait send emails on every 2 days for status untill you get email from HR . With my experience telling follow up with RMG by looping heads loop HR later like wise you do ..
Rmg replied to manager email like there is an error we are working on it in evening..what it means?is this really works?will they allocate me?
Search the projects in the Ultimatix Enterprise search according to your skills and send the mails to the project managers and supervisors
Are you going to the office to meet RMG daily? If not, then you will be in trouble.
If you are not getting calls then one day they will force and align any one project which you can not reject. It can be any support related project.
I faced porblem after one month and then they forced me to go to belalur for sbi client and Next day i resigned
That was matter of past. Now new policy. 35 day unallocated means fired. Yesterday my last working day at sudden hr called 😭
