Still have college backlogs even after 1 year of experience

I still haven’t cleared my college backlogs but I am employed and I have one year experience in Corporate training and development. Will this be a hurdle in my career progression? Or only skills matter

Finish your degree, bro. Lack of degree will complicate and cause hurdles for many things in the future, including foreign assignments, foreign travel, higher studies etc.

Just finish your degree and be done with it
