Still City Allowance is getting deducted

I have gone to office for 2-3 days a week in Jan 2024. My ÇA has been getting deducted from last year and I wanted to make it right so I started to go to office. Even for Jan 2024, it got deducted. I wanna know why 🥹??? Already they give us salary like birds getting seeds to eat… so damn low…
