Yeah man. It's sad. Making it to TCS could also be a life changing event for someone. Probably they didn't have enough exposure, resources, or didn't realize what they needed to do to aim for higher jobs or maybe lacked motivation. Don't know why those achievements get downplayed and trolled like this. It's not the end of the world!!
