Trending @Accenture; Still a new comer????

Joined 10 months back and have had a few instances where I felt as an outsider. This happens during tech discussions or when technical opinions are provided. IMO, this can be conveyed even without mentioning the fact that 'You recently joined that's why you do not know.' or 'Since you are new to project, you may not be aware but others in the project are aware '. If it involves some generic company related discussions, such responses are acceptable but not when you put forward a point. Otherwise, it just reflects the high inferiority complex of such people. Is this common everywhere you join? Have you faced the same? If so, how do you tackle?
