Why don’t STG unit has production project .Mostly is working on internal and many of them are on bench.

I don’t know what’s the issue, all the other units are working just fine.

I was also on bench now placed in PIP

They work on production project also

Maybe they are more experienced because i have 3-4 people who are working with me on internal projects they only told me about this

They have a higher billing since they are paid more , not many accounts can afford them. Plus they are needed more in advisory capacity for RFPs, proposals, internal projects / frameworks etc. But mostly 60-70% of the folks will be still on projects.
