My mentor said that he has nominated me for L2. How do I know that he has really nominated or lying to me.
Do we get any mail or something on nomination?
I am also in same situation, my mentor nominated me on December i haven't got it,but some others got the promotion on feb and also my h1b nomination is also they told it is forwarded but it haven't got filed.
It's open for April cycle and u may get a template ( sort of excel from ur mentor to fill) , but sometimes they fill by themselves and submit, but u might get a mail in may regarding ur nomination
Yes, the excel I filled and sent to him. I got 2 CMD ratings as well. He was saying he is pretty sure that I would get the promotion but I didn't get any mail regarding it so i was paranoid.
Don't worry, you will get some confirmation mail in April end or may
