Anyone here given the STG coding assessment for Bench Engagement Plan? What’s it actually about?

Do they put people on PIP if they don’t score well? And what’s the passing criteria or cutoff?

Just trying to understand how serious this is and what happens if someone doesn’t perform well. Any insights would help 🙏
