Steps to punish TCS (add more in comments)

There is no doubt that TCS does not care about employees. So it's better to leave TCS. But due to job market, you may need couple of months or even a year to switch to another company. Meanwhile you can do the following steps to teach TCS a lesson.

1. Claim expenses and health insurance as much as you can. Even if you dont have any health issue, go to a dentist or doctor and do regular check ups and tests, and claim domiciliary expenses. Do the same for your family members.

2. Use as much resources as possible in office. Charge your phone from office. Take power bank in office and charge it there. Take sugar and tea bags from pantry to your home.

3. Try to wear and tear your TCS laptop as much as you can. Never shut it down. Run heavy processes in it like training neural networks in pytorch or just simply write a small code to recursively calcualte massive factorial functions, or write code to continuously write random junk text files in hard disk and then delete it. Bottom-line is when you are not working, the laptop should not sit idle. It must run with 100% cpu, ram and disk. If the laptop breaks down, they will replace it and it will cost them money.
