Steal this idea

A platform and a company to hire young Carpenters, Tailors, Plumbers, Electricians, Artisans, Construction workers. Just like TCS, Infosys and other WITCH companies, they will be trained and deployed to national and International client locations. I think it is feasible, we have an army of semi skilled workers who can be groomed to meet the growing demand across the world. What say? Is this idea feasible? What could be roadblocks? What could be the enabler?
