Staying unallocated for 3-4 months
How can I stay unallocated so that I can just upskill and build my profile. I’m regularly visiting the RMG and but don’t want any project for 3-4 months. How can I avoid any projects for 3-4 months?
Well, try to botch your interviews; if they manage to book you up for their project, they will still need your consent to allocate, you can come up with any excuse regarding the timings/technology etc, but dont waste your precious time though.

Ask them either to give you allocation or release you. Keep hr and hr supervisor in cc And with each reply keep adding another level of supervisor.
You are right here and they will try to settle with you unofficially as on mail they can't deny your request.
