I’ve been on bench for 1.5 years nearly… they won’t fire you! They aren’t able to utilise you, it’s not a problem of yours. Stay humble. Don’t reject interviews being set. All the best.

Some of my friends are on the bench from the joining of the company now it's 3 Yr, they are just enjoying the bench period & getting paid the same as me 🫠

Most likely no , Try for IJP opportunities mean while on bench , also check for bridge program opportunity this quarter starts , try your luck

Last year, I was on bench for 5 months. Unit changed twice, got some calls- rejected all of them until I got something I could accept.
Don't worry, keep in touch with managers and TPD folks, you'll get something soon. Good luck!
