I got an offer with around 60% hike but here at infosys also they are considering giving 30-40% hike, not sure as of now, but in case they do then what should I do ?
I am in STG unit, my current project at infosys is a good one, we are building a Multi-tenant product but the company I got the offer from is also a product based company (not much presence in india) Here I have good colleagues, too much workload but flexible job hours.
Any suggestions will help...
What is your current CTC and YOE and TechStack?These are important because if are in early stage of your career you can risk every thing and go for CTC otherwise you should think.
9.5, 2 YOE, Java Tech Stack
Judging by your tone, u have good collegues and flexible timings, conditions are decent and your project is also multi tenant product also by 40% hike, u will get in 13lpa range... So according to me u should stay.
Also considering the fact that you have just 2 years of experience, u can explore new things and a product based company is way better than here.
