Stay or Switch?

I started my career as a data analyst in one of the Big 4s and worked on 3 various projects since the past 2 years. My last project was only the purely technical project I got. That too I was there in the second phase and not in the first. I’ve worked on Databricks in my previous project and got to know that my head is not satisfied with my work. I’ve worked over contributed a lot and even though I didn’t pick up in the beginning, while I was in the last phase, I did well. They know that too. I’ve always been available whenever they call. Midnight or early mrng. Weekdays or weekends. They’ve now put me in PIP and now they didn’t give me a raise nor a promotion and the bonus is too low. I’ve learned Databricks so well now. I want to know, as it’s my early phase of career, should I consider this as a chance and move on or should I switch for a better growth? Coz, I already feel that my one year got wasted with no raise and no promotion.

If you're in pip, i would suggest you start attending interviews outside. There is a chance you'll be able to survive pip but you won't get any increment. It's up to you. But on the safe side i would look out for more opportunities if I were you
