Stay in TCS or take 100% hike offer from Capgemini
TCS internal account offering on-site for Europe but it take 3 to 4 month to get the visa , current project they agree to release me but not sure about JDC release
I have offer of 100% hike from capgemini and also some of the offer in pipe line what should I do?? Should I stay in TCS and Wait for the Visa or move from TCS???

In these cases ask them to raise visa and even id visa is raised, until you have the tickets in your hand , don't take back your resignation. They will say that there is s policy that until you take back your resignation they can't raise visa, but one of my senior told me that she did the same and waited until she got the tickets to Australia along with visa , and then she withdrew her resignation.
So if you are critical resource, they will do this. Otherwise saying they will give onsite is all here say. Now they are talking about it because you are about to leave. Once you withdraw your resignation you will see a shift in tone and suddenly there won't be any more talks.
So unless you and your manager have veey strong bond and he is willing to do whatever it takes to send you onsite, take the capegemini offer. Onsite is a gamble. But yes if you think you can get another offer after 3-4 months if you don't get onsite, then you can wait. But clear everything before taking resignation back

Understood, thanks

Capgemini is one of the few companies, which is accepting 3 months NP without any issues.
Also as per my friend, culture there is better than tcs for sure

Take the offer with 100%
Don't trust management here their mindset anytime they can change (after taking back your papers again as ur normal resource thats it )

Current package and What is the offer package?

100% hike no brainer

100% no doubt

lol is that even a doubt
