Stay in tcs Or join ltimindtree
I am having 7.8 years total exp, 2.7 in tcs, in tcs my package is 22.3 and in ltimindtree i am getting 27 lpa.... Should I join lti mindtree or stay in tcs? Please give your suggestions.

I will suggest not to join ltimindtree,they have started hire and fire policy,i know many of the people who got fired sue to lack of project.
Even if we consider the minimum hike i.e., 30% while changing company, your numbers are below that line. It's a very bad jump in my opinion. Either try negotiating with TCS or try giving interviews to other companies and negotiate for a better hike. Only If you are not comfortable with your current job, then consider switching to LTIMindtree.
22 to 27 is a bad jump. That to L&T which is just another service company
