Currently working in Kotak and recently got an offer from Amazon

Salary difference hike provided by amazon is only around 15%.

Please tell what should I do and why?

Stay in kotak . Amazon has no perks and benefits at all . They will make you work like dogs and will never acknowledge it . No growth at all . The org is filled with interrated relatives and they give growth to them only . Worst culture i have ever seen.
