Stay in Capgemini or move to Genpact

Recently I got an offer from Genpact for 29 lakh and Manager said they will match the offer but now I am in dilemma that shall I move out and search for better offers or stay in Capgemini I have a kid of 1 year and WLB is very good in my current project. YOE : 10 Tech stack: Java, Springboot Cctc : 22.5
