Status of IT Job Market

Lately, I've noticed a significant dip in the number of job openings and a sharp drop in recruiter calls. Just last month, I was getting a lot more calls and seeing plenty of opportunities. Now, serving my notice period, and this sudden change has me wondering—what's happening in the IT job market right now? Anyone else experiencing the same? 🤔
