Startups which are paying big

I'm planning to switch from my current company Salesforce. Joined as AMTS here got promoted in 2025 Jan. But I didn't get stock refreshers.

2.5 years of experience. Current base is 30. 10% yearly bonus. 5-6 lakhs yearly stocks which I got at the time of joining.

Which startups or big MNCs can give me big offers - It'll not switch if the jump is not good enough
