Curious about one thing, does working in “Startups” or working in “MNC” for ex. Let’s consider Accenture, which is best considering the growth factor??
Startup is far better for learning compared to mnc. Most of the people don't assign to any project 8-9 or a year in a mnc. But in startup you can learn these in these things 4-5 months if you have potential. In my opinion I would startup compared to mnc
Based on the domain you're selected. You can learn a lot in start-ups. But at the same time there may be a lot of work pressure. But if you're able to handle it, you may reach greater heights.
Yes! Choosing to work in startups is more like learning how to surf in an ocean 🌊.
It's based on you, if you are comfortable/fun to handle work/ looking for good salary means go with start up, else go with MNC
