I have 7.8 years of experience, working as a TL in Infosys, I have 3 offers in hand. Which one should I choose? Startup - 11 Fixed, 1 Variable - Sr Tech Consultant TCS - 13 Fixed, 2.5 Variable - Yet to get it Cognizant - 15.5 Fixed, 70k variable - Sr. Associate projects
