Pros:

You don't have to waste your time and travel cost to go to mall or shops to buy clothes
You will get a comfortness in trying at your home.
You will get to know the quality and fitting of clothes without wasting much time like in online shopping.

Swiggy mall sells clothes, footwear and accessories. They deliver within 30 minutes and collect returns within an hour.

Coming from inventory, supply chain ex - this is a fuckall stand-alone business. Not a fit at scale. Plus the wear and tear of the unsold clothes will be overheads.

Replicate this with custom stitching service at home for men and women - offer only formals at first.
Create a niche with a very high order value. A good office blazer with a shirt and trouser can cost between 15-25K, easily.
