Startup Opportunity

Hey folks Give me some clarity, I got an opportunity in a startup which has 2 products in the algo trading platform They offered me 35lpa in my home town itself for an engineer director role, They are a 13 employee company As a full stack developer, my role is to take care of the complete team technically and get business input from boards to implement features, enhance, bug fix, handle teams, handle code, infra etc .

Is it ok to join a startup like an algo trading domain When i search their products in google,reddit,quora(mostly less known product) most of their products get bad comments, like no service, no customer care, some algo is not triggering buy/sell options

And i know startups may work under pressure, Currently I am good with WLB and currently getting (20lpa)
