What is cons are joining startup ? They fire anytime? Is it worth to join startup from TCS (salary is low, but stable , wfh )

You should go ahead with startup offer. But look for other conditions like your age, family dependency on you .....

Age is 30 , next year planning for marriage, family dependent only on me . But in TCS , salary is 6LPA only

Startup gives learning opportunities and diverse set of experiences. If you want to give most for your time to your work and u are not that typical 9-5 employee then it's good. Also, startup may sometimes not pay even your salary, and if it works out for them then start heavily rewarding and overpaying you. I suggest if you are young and willing to spend time to upskill then go for it. Post few years of earnings and financial stability, you can settle in a typical services type of company.
