Starting salary of an APM.

Hi guys, I have a year of experience as an APM, however, I feel my actual pay is way too low. Wanted to know what's the base salary an APM receives in the Fintech space.

markets are still recalibrating post bubble but a 30-50% downward correction is in progress.

I would say 12-20lpa range for a 1 year exp APM is realistic. outlier comp of course can be anything because they are outliers.
