Starting Over With a Clarity

I'm 24, from Chh. Sambhajinagar. I ran my own recruitment firm for the last 2 yrs, Before that i was working with a startup as an HR for 1.5yrs. I Built a company and started early in my career with my savings and hard work....

Recently, a tragic thing happened to me. My silent partner started diverting company funds to his own account and spreading false claims about me to the clients and vendors and playing a diplomatic political games. I gave more than 100% to this business without taking a salary till now, but the situation affected my physical, mental and financial health, so I decided to step out and exploring job opportunities as an employee not as an employer.

Starting over isn't easy for me, but I'm choosing hope over hurt. If anyone knows of any roles in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations, acorss any part of India, I'd deeply appreciate your guidance and support.

And please don't feel sorry for my story and help out of sympathy. I'm not sharing this to seek emotional validation. If anyone genuinely feel my skills and experience fit the business requirements or can bring value to the team, I'd be truly grateful for the same. Right now I'm not chasing fancy salary brackets. I'm simply looking to rebuild and survive with dignity....
