Starting my journey as a technical product manager in a data analytics firm in bangalore. Any pointers?

I am Ritayan, 34M. I come from a QA background having more than a decade worth of experience in testing, automation and management. Have extensive knowledge and experience working in products like apps, websites, data engineering projects and generative AI projects.

Been trying to move to TPM roles since some time. Got the break recently. This role would involve interacting with clients for requirements and eventually deliver the product hands on with the dev team. Pretty excited to start this new journey. Have nay pointers for me that can help me be better at the role? Please shoot away. Maybe it can help folks in similar situation like me.
