Starting my investment journey – Looking for MF & SIP advice

Hi everyone, I’m 25F, currently earning ₹ 3L/month and looking to get serious about my savings and investments. I want to start with Mutual Funds (MFs) and SIPs but feeling a bit lost about where and how to begin.

Would really appreciate suggestions on:

Good beginner-friendly funds/SIPs for long-term wealth creation

How much I should ideally allocate from my monthly income

Any platforms or resources that you personally found helpful

I would invest around 15-20% in MF. I would divide my portfolio into below-

Large and Midcap Fund - 20% Midcap Fund - 20% Small Cap Fund - 20% Flexi Cap/Multi Cap Fund - 20% Gold ETF/MF - 10% FOF for international exposure - 10%

How much are SDE - 2 paid in okta?

Emergency fund : 1 yr expenses

Nifty+sensex : SIP

Small gold allocation in ETF or physical coin/bullion (jewellery leads to making and wastage expenses, ideally avoid)

Major index funds and ETFs are better than mutual funds, also get Spx and nasdaq, hangseng if you can.

Upto 50k per month is a decent size allocation imo, upto you how much you are comfortable investing.
