Start up offer - Suggestion

One of my friend who was completed btech in 2022 got an offer from Startup. It's was not registered in ministry of corporate affairs portal. If he joins the company now, will it be any problem in the future to him?

Please suggest and let me know what other criteria he needs to check starting his career in start up.
