Stayed in bellandur one, absolutely worst experience. Sales team just ghosts you after making fake promises and operating staff is unbelievably rude. Not worth the money. 80% of occupants left stanza Rimini house in just a month they had to refund the deposits.

Better to stay away from them

Will visit ones in Koramangala before booking, thanks. Was there a minimum booking period ? Like 2-3 months or something

Staying in stanza living brussels house near bellandur as an intern , cost is 17k for twin sharing and experience is decent, made good social connections here and I have started liking to live here.

I used to live near the 7th block one. It's pretty decent, but they increased the rent to 20k for twin sharing. Might be even more now. But all expenses like electricity, food etc is covered.
