Standard Chartered bank credit card

I got a call from some agent, introducing himself to be from Standard Chartered bank. Said that I have a pre approved credit card card. He already knew I had a credit card & details of my bank. He said that he got all these details from TCS itself. Should I be worried? NB: The number he called me was not shared with anyone else other than a few close friends & TCS.
